A dedicated maker is currently missing a very dear cape that belongs to a costume they hand-crafted. Having invested hours of hard work into bringing this piece to life for the weekend’s medieval festivities, they are heartbroken to have lost it and would love nothing more than to see it safely returned.
This handmade costume cape was lost on Sunday, July 5th 2026 at the Winterfest Sydney Medieval Fair at the Hawkesbury Showground (Clarendon, NSW). It is believed to have gone missing either near the parking lot area or along the walk back from the venue.
Every recovered item means one less piece of cherished property ending up in a landfill, and the joy of reuniting a maker with their custom creation is truly priceless.
